Bringing the Zappos Box to Life

We designed a whole new packaging experience for Zappos customers to have fun with beyond their shoes and clothing. After a lot of research and brainstorming, it became clear that there was an opportunity to reflect Zappos' personality and tagline of "Powered by Service" through the one physical touchpoint that they have with their customers—the box. We designed a new outside print to help distinguish their boxes and a full color inside print, complete with a bunch of fun and quirky templates for customers to reuse their box reflecting the well-known personality of the Zappos brand.
